Another week, yet another rally. That’s 3 in row for stock market bulls. But as many have reminded us, bear market rallies can be sharp and deceptive. An we likely won’t know if it’s a countertrend rally until after the fact.
That said, the price action has got to be encouraging for the bulls.
As stocks push higher, traders are watching how the S&P 500 deals with 2000 and possibly as high as 2030. One thing is for sure: active investors will be watching how the market deals with the next pullback of any consequence. The easy part of the rally is over; now it’s time to dig in and focus.
