The S&P 500 (INDEXSP: .INX) spread expiring today remains tighter than average at 18 points at the 2800 strike.
This leaves traders a 2782-2818 as our edges to watch for expansion or reversal.
Traders are bullish but tentative here. This makes the best areas for engagement at the pullback of support.
Because momentum is somewhat divergent, the spikes up or down can be larger than initially expected.
Don’t get in front of shorts until you have technical confirmation.
