Will the 2018 Yearly R2 Pivot be the High for the year?

WTI Crude Oil tends to top out in late May and fade back lower during the summer. I am looking for the price of crude oil to come back to the Yearly R1 pivot at $66.60 this summer.  Watch those pivots!
